Trading Procedure

Artheon Energy follows internationally recognized commodity trading procedures designed to ensure transparency, operational security, and transaction efficiency.

Standard Trading Workflow

1. Buyer Inquiry / LOI Submission

The Buyer submits an official Letter of Intent (LOI) including product specifications, quantity, destination, and target terms.

2. Commercial Offer (SCO/FCO)

Artheon Energy provides a formal Soft or Full Corporate Offer based on verified supplier allocation.

3. Due Diligence & Compliance

Both parties complete KYC and compliance verification procedures in accordance with international trade regulations.

4. Contract Execution (SPA)

Sales and Purchase Agreement is issued and mutually executed.

5. Operational & Logistics Coordination

Loading schedules, terminal access, inspection arrangements, and shipment logistics are coordinated.

6. Inspection & Verification

Independent inspection agencies such as SGS or equivalent verify product quantity and quality.

7. Delivery & Completion

Product delivery is completed under agreed Incoterms (FOB / CIF / Tank-to-Tank / Ship-to-Ship).
